One of my Home Buyers who is receiving automatic email alerts from me with Homes for sale in her price range brought this to my attention! Her comment: Did someone get murdered in this bedroom!!
No matter what happened but this is an excellent example of what pictures NOT to advertise! Anyone looking at the pictures is probably terrified by this! I called the listing agent to find out what’s going on before i am showing the home, as I have to admit I am terrified as well. Apparently its paint!
