In this Woodbridge VA Real Estate Market waiting could cost you big. I have several clients that started looking at homes last year and then stopped looking for a while as life got into the way. Now that they have started looking again, prices have gone up significantly. Hence waiting is costing them pic time at the moment. 



Of course that’s not always the way it goes, sometimes waiting will pay out but not in the market we are currently in. Although no one has a crystal ball and no one can predict what will happen going forward, but so far prices have been steadily going up. 



This is across the board in the Woodbridge VA Real Estate market, Dale City, Lake Ridge and everywhere else in Woodbridge VA.

Coming back to my clients they could have afforded much more house for the same amount of money last year compared to where the market is this year. Woodbridge VA Home prices have gone up. Case in point, a condo in Potomac Club that was last year listed at $235 k is now selling for $250k.

Interest rates have gone up as well reducing purchasing power even more. However in the mean time interest rates have stabilized a bit and overall interest rates are still low and prices are affordable, especially in the Woodbridge VA area.
