Yesterday I spoke with the future Sales Rep for Potomac Shores. As of yesterday they did not yet have the exact date for the Grand Opening, but he thinks it should happen at some point in June. How exiting is that? The Grand Opening for Potomac Shores is just around the corner.
Potomac Shores will truly be one of a kind community and I already hear from so many clients that they are looking forward to the Grand Opening of Potomac Shores.
I asked the sales rep if they already have site plans / lot plans for Potomac Shores that can be shared but at this time the builders are working on getting that all ready.
