- Another Townhouse in Old Bridge Estate, Woodbridge that was priced right, was a regular sale, in good condition also received multiple offers
- And last but not least a townhouse in Old Bridge Estate, Woodbridge that was priced on the very high end compared to rest of the market received two offers after only 5 days on market
- The same is going on all over Northern Virginia. I was showing homes in Alexandria and making an offer for my client and sure enough we were competing with other offers
