So one of the many new years resolutions is starting to work out again. I used to belong to Golds Gym in Woodbridge VA and I loved Golds Gym, I just hated driving there once we moved to Dale City. Having said that I understand the Chinn Aquatic and Fitness Center in Woodbridge isn’t that much closer then Golds Gym well it is a little closer. I love to swim and I miss swimming on a regular base. So I will try to get a one months pass for the Chinn Aquatics Center and test the waters, meaning I will try to go there at least 5 times a week. If I can accomplish this for 1 months then it might be time to invest into a yearly pass. But I am getting ahead of myself.
Let me tell you a little about the Chinn Aquatics and Fitness Center in Woodbridge. It offers quite a lot. First and for most it offers an indoor pool where I can swim laps. They also offer aquatic classes. Besides the pool they also have a fitness center with state of the art equipment.
I will be able to giving a more detailed update after I signed up and have been taking some fitness classes used the gym, although I am not much about working out with the equipment and of course the pool.
Now that I have revealed my new years resolution I do have to make it happen and get my behind in gear, get up and just do it.
The Chin Aquatics and Fitness Center is located at: 13025 Chinn Park Drive Woodbridge VA 22192, that is at the intersection of Prince William County Park Way and Old Bridge Road, just accross from The Glen Shopping Center.
